    I actually knew lemons had a great effect on our health from a similar post a I read a few weeks ago, I’ve forgotten to add it into my everyday diet – although I do drink green tea with lemon 2x per day so do you think this works?

    All of these benefits interest me so I’m gonna make a better effort to include them into my everyday.

      My wife got me into the lemon thing years ago and lemon and water is a staple in my house. I do feel better after drinking that than I would after drinking some carbonated or sweet beverage. Try it for a couple of weeks and see how it works for you.
